Review- The Brightest Fell
Brightest Fall is the book all October Daye fans have been asking for. This book answers a lot of questions that fan has been wondering about over the series. It was a thrilling read and I didn't want to put it down till I was on the last page. It left me wanting more and asking myself just where the series was going from here. I need to know what happens to Toby and the Gang after all the drama they went through in this book. Can't wait to read the next book. Will be counting down the days till it comes out. Seanan McGuire is a excellent writer and really draws you in to the world of Toby and the gang.
I can’t wait to the next book to see what in store fot Toby and her rag tag family. And I hope questions I been wondering since the beginning about Toby’s heritage is reveled soon

I love me some Sherry
This book is just seven chapters, but it gives loads of useful information in those chapters. The first four are about sherry production, the styles of sherry, the evolution of sherry through the ages and the current Renaissance of the wines. The fifth chapter gives information about the towns of the area and the sherry producers. The last two chapters focus more of sherry recipes and food pairing with Chapter 6, focusing on sherry-based cocktails and features classic as well as modern creations by top bartenders. It's beautifully written and not dull as some cocktail books might be.
You can tell Biaocchi knows here stuff and put loads of work into researching this lovely book. I really love the cocktail recipes and food pairing and plan on getting me a few bottles of sherry so I can try some at home. Not only does this book give loads of in-depth insight about the world of sherry, it's beautifully produced by Ten Speed Press with it love cover and beautiful photos inside the book. After reading this book, you'll no doubt be interested in learning more about sherry as well as wanting to make a quick trip over to Andalucia so you can experience the sherry world in person.

Fashionable Treats Good Enough to Eat- Lanvin x Ladurée
Finally, there's something out there that the fashion crowd will just devour as designer Alber Elbaz has collaborated with the celebrated confectionery compay Ladurée to create a chic new macaroons box. Anyone who loves fashion and sweet things will want to get their hands on this fashionable box adorned with sketched faces of playful women and fastened with a grosgrain ribbon that the Lanvin Svengali has created.

People I want to drink with
I been a Tom Hanks fan since I was a little girl. Way back starting with his Bosom Buddies days. I always knew he was a cool guy and now these photos prove it. Seems this guy ran into the actor at some dinner in Fargo.

On Vacation
Sorry, it's been so long since my last post, but I'm traveling around at the moment and have become lazy. Personally, I blame a little thing called cable for my lack of posting. I'm at my parent's house in St. Louis and I'm not ashamed to admit I have perfected the art of doing nothing. It the first time in a while that I don't have to don't anything and I'm enjoying it a bit too much. But never fear fair readers as I will be back in the saddle soon because a girl like me get bored of doing nothing. So look for my adventure about Tales of the Cocktails and my travels soon. OK, now back to my lounging and drinking.

If I Every Win the Lotto...
I'm so buying this. For me, this is a dream come true.I'm not one for camping, but I would make an exception for this sweet thing It's a home, it's a bar. It's a home with a bar with all the essentials you need in life-booze. It's everything that a girl like me could every hope for. Who wants some old stinking diamonds as I much rather have a Woody (not what you dirty minded folks are thinking), a cocktail bar on wheels that designed by UK interior designer, Brad Ford.
